Sentosa

On last monday, being the Vesak Public Holiday, Wayne, Rachel, Dear and I held our picnic in Palawan Beach. We managed to find a shady spot near the beach. And not forgetting to mention, the weather was perfect for the day.
The guys are busily setting up the bright and colourful tent.
We were all so famished by the time we got there.
Here's all the food that we brought from home. There were fried bee hoon, curry chicken, sandwiches, mango pudding, jellies as well as bottles of soft drinks.

We basically didnt do much on the beach except lazing.
It was a rather relaxing afternoon.
I got sunburnt on my arms, legs and face! Hope it will recover real soon.

We headed to The Sentosa Luge and Skyride in the late noon.
The Sentosa Luge allows us to race down or cruise leisurely along a paved track with a unique steering and braking system.

(Quotes of the day)

And lastly to the Sentosa 4D Magix. It is Singapore first and Southeast Asia largest 4th dimensional theatre. The 4D show is currently screening "Pirates". The fully-automated show lasted for only 15 minutes. Research has taken place and find that anything above 15 minutes, the audience will not be able to take the surprises in the theatre. This is unlike a normal movie where audiences sit in for 90 minutes.
They are having 2-1 combo package now. It cost $29 per person for 4D Magix and Cine Blast. The usual price is $32 for both.

To end our day, we meet up with Darren and Felicia for our late dinner at Jumbo Seafood, located at East Coast Park.

As usual we ordered their heavenly dishes such as chilli crabs, deep fried baby squid, brocholli greens in garlic, cereal prawns, steamed fish as well as their fried man tou. And followed by desserts at the nearby hawker center.

Tomorrow i will be having department lunch with my colleagues and boss at the Tower Club Singapore!

It was Singapore's Premier Private Business Club.
