The much acclaimed restaurant perched right at the top of Swissotel The Stamford, on the 69th storey no less, which at 226m, gives it one of the highest vantage points in Singapore. Famed more for its bird's eye view than its Asian and Western cuisines, Equinox has consistently made it to various Singapore restaurant publications as one of the top restaurants in Singapore nevertheless.

Appetizers - Hot smoked corn-fed chicken breast, on a spicy papaya and green mango salad, scented with ginger flower, crushed roasted peanuts and cincalok

Appetizers - Fillet of veal tartar with kalamata olives and roasted almond flakes with almond milk dressing and toasted gruyere ciabatta

Main dishes - Local pekin duck, short-roasted breast meat with dark soya, five spices confit leg meat with yam puree and hoi-sin sauce

Main dishes - Pacific yellowfin tuna steak charred on our lava stone grill, served with a smoky ancho chilli sauce, coriander chimichurri and sweet potato

Desserts - Exotic spiced jackfruit crumble, with ivory chocolate and crystallized ginger ice-cream

Desserts - Triple chocolate parfait with cointreau marinated sun oranges, deep-fried scented valrhona cacao beignets

And.. Here comes the suprise birthday cake!!!
