
30 December 2008 - HDB launches Punggol Regalia under the Build-To-Order system.
30 December 2008 - 12 January 2009 - Applications for the new flats can be submitted online. We submitted our application on 30 Decemeber 2008. A non-refundable adminstration fee of $10 is payable by cash card or credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
17 April 2009 - Our date of selection at 3.45pm. We paid an option fee of $2000 at this stage. The booking fee will be refunded subsequently if we have sufficient money in our CPF Ordinary Account to pay for the downpayment.
11 August 2009 - Our date for signing the Agreement for Lease at 4.10pm. We paid the first 5% downpayment and 1-3% legal and stamp fees at this stage.
First-timer applicants, i.e. married couples as well as those those applying under Fiance/Fiancee scheme, can pay the 10% downpayment in two installment under the Staggered Downpayment scheme (SDS) if at least one of the partners is aged 30 years or younger. The first 5% will be collected when the applicants signs the Agreement for Lease and the balance 5% when the buyer takes possession of the new flat.
2nd Quarter 2012 - Punggol Regalia expected completion date. The flat may be completed earlier depending on the progress of the construction. We must produce the Marriage Certificate to verify our marital status and pay the balance 5% downpayment before collection of keys at this stage.
30 June 2013 - Punggol Regalia estimated delivery possession date. It is the latest date that HDB is required under the Agreement for Lease to deliver possession of the flat.
