Singapore Zoo

This is our second visit to the Singapore Zoo.
The first visit was back to the 26 April 2006.
Not to mention, the weather is perfect for that day.
It is neither sunny or hot.
It is windy~

The admission fees for adult is $16.50.
There is also a possibility to buy a package ticket (valid for the Zoo, the Night Safari and Jurong Bird Park) at $45, which is a good bargain if you plan to visit this three parks.

The shows and feeding sessions go on all day, and are entertaining. You can pay to be photographed with various creatures, or on ponies or elephants. Don't forget to pop by the Zoo toilets. They are famous and are, quite literally, an attraction of their own.

Another purpose of visiting the Zoo is to pay Ah Meng a visit. She passed away on the 8 February 2008 due to old age. A durian tree was planted at her grave because durian was her favourite fruit. A bronze statue of the same size as Ah Meng was also unveiled.
