A Man

A man…

a man who knows how to appreciate the things I do for him.
a man who pampers me with something that money can’t buy.
a man who knows his mistakes and try to make it right.
a man who can be my pillow whenever i need someone to lean on.
a man who knows when to give in and let down his pride.
a man who’d communicate, listen and respond.
a man who respects me, my family and his.
a man who enjoys what life has to offer.
a man who can say yes or no instead of 'anything'.
a man who won’t keep me waiting through the day or night.
a man who (at least) try figure out what’s going on inside me and resolve it.
a man who help the relationship work when it gets tough.
a man who‘d never lay his hand on woman.
a man who works hard and planning well for his future.
a man who is motivated.
a man who takes responsibility for his actions.
a man who gives me freedom that I need.
a man who loves me with no doubts.

Har Par Villa and Science Center

Har Par Villa and Science Center
I think people will laugh at us when they heard that we was planning to go there!

Built in 1937 by the entrepreneurial and charismatic Aw Boon Haw for his brother Boon Par, Haw Par Villa is the quintessential house of Chinese folklore. Described by various visitors as "fascinating, delightful, bizarre and entertaining", Haw Par Villa is like no other place in the world.Twenty-five clusters of original statues and figurines replicate Chinese mythology characters like the Laughing Buddha and the Fu Lu Shou (Taoist deities).

Happy Vesak Day!

Our entrance tickets to the 10 Courts of Hell. Each ticket cost us $1.

A must-see exhibit is the Ten Courts of Hell, featuring the ten steps of judgement before reincarnation. Literal and leaving nothing to the imagination, the statues and sets immortalise moral values and Chinese cultural heritage for generations to come.

The wishing well

The Laughing Buddha and the Fu Lu Shou (Taoist Deities)

The mischievous Monkey God

Next, we are off to the Science Center!

We purchased the 2 in 1 package - Science Centre and 40 minutes IMAX movie. It cost $12.80 per adult.

Where is our body?!

I caught Sir Nathan closing his eyes!
